Shortcodes: place the chat where you want it
Two shortcodes: one adds the floating button to a page, the other puts the chat inside the page.
The floating button on one page
If you turned off Show the chat button on every page, add this to any page or post that should have the chat button:

The chat inside a page
To show the chat window as part of the page, for example on a Help or Contact page:

Shortcodes follow Who sees the chat: if the chat is limited to certain roles, other visitors won’t see it. In the block editor, add a Shortcode block and paste the shortcode into it.
