The content gap loop

Turn unanswered questions into better pages

The questions your chatbot couldn’t answer are a list of pages your visitors wish you had.

1

Spot the gap

“Questions it could not answer” lists what your site doesn’t cover yet.

2

Write the answer

Add a page, a paragraph or an FAQ entry in WordPress, as you normally would.

3

It’s live at once

The chatbot reads the live site, so the new answer is available straight away.

4

Watch the trend

Question trends show whether a topic is rising or settling down.
