Appearance settings: colors, size and position
The Appearance tab makes the chat match your site.
Look
- Accent color
- Used for the chat button, the header and your visitors’ messages. Text on it switches between white and black automatically so it stays readable.
- Chat button position
- Bottom right or Bottom left.
- Chat button size
- 44 to 72 pixels. Slightly smaller on phones.
- Chat button ring
- Draws a white ring around the button so it stands out on dark backgrounds.
- Window width
- 320 to 600 pixels. Never wider than the screen.
- Corner rounding
- 0 (square) to 32 pixels.
- Color scheme
- Light, Dark, or Follow the visitor’s device.
Tip: if another floating button (accessibility, back-to-top) sits in the same corner, put the chat button on the other side.
