Create your GoChatterBot account

Signing up is free and needs no credit card. You’ll confirm your e-mail address and choose a password.

Sign up

  1. Fill in the form

    Go to Get Started and enter your first name, last name and e-mail address. The website field is optional: it’s the site where you plan to install the chatbot.

  2. Open the verification e-mail

    We send a link to the address you entered. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

  3. Choose a password

    The link opens a page where you set your password. The page shows what a valid password needs as you type. You are then signed in to your dashboard.

Your new account starts on the free Starter plan: 1 website and 100 chatbot replies a month. You can upgrade to Growth or Pro at any time.

Signing in later

Use Log In with your e-mail address and password. If you forget your password, use Forgot password on the same page and we’ll e-mail you a reset link.

Your dashboard

The dashboard is where you manage everything about your account:

  • Your Plan: your plan, how many replies you’ve used this month and when the count resets.
  • API Keys: one key per website.
  • Billing: upgrading, cancelling and your billing history.
  • Download Plugin: the latest version of the WordPress plugin.
