Account settings: profile, e-mail, password
Manage your profile and security from Account Settings in the menu under your name.
Profile
Change your Display Name and Email Address, then click Save Changes. Changing your e-mail needs your current password, and we send a confirmation link to the new address; the change applies once you open it.
Password
Enter your current password and the new one twice, then click Update Password. The form shows what a valid password needs.
Delete your account
This permanently deletes your account and every API key, so any chatbot using them stops answering. A paid subscription is cancelled at PayPal first. We keep only billing records and anonymous usage totals, as the law and our accounts require. This cannot be undone.
Conversations stored in your own WordPress site are not affected; delete them there if you wish.
