Plans, upgrading and cancelling
Starter is free. Growth and Pro are billed monthly through PayPal and can be cancelled any time. Enterprise is quoted.

Upgrade from Starter
Open Billing in your dashboard
Choose Growth or Pro.
Pay with PayPal
Pay from your PayPal balance or with a debit or credit card through PayPal’s checkout.
You’re upgraded
Your new limits apply straight away. Paid plans are billed monthly from the day you upgrade.
There is no free trial of paid plans, and partial months are not prorated.
Switch between Growth and Pro
- Growth to Pro
- Pro starts and is billed the same day, and your Growth subscription is cancelled at that point. The unused part of the Growth month isn’t refunded.
- Pro to Growth
- Cancel Pro under Billing. Pro stays active until the end of the month you’ve paid for; then choose Growth. There is no instant self-serve downgrade.
Cancel a paid plan
Click Cancel Subscription under Billing at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you’ve paid for, then your account moves to Starter. If you have more keys than Starter allows at that point, the extra ones are paused until you upgrade again or delete a key.
Billing history
Billing History lists your payments and plan changes with dates, amounts and status. PayPal also sends a receipt for each payment.
