Conversations: transcripts, ratings, export and delete

Find a conversation

Search by anything that was said, or filter by Status (open or closed) and a From and To date.

Read a transcript

Open a conversation to see each question and answer in order, the sources used for each answer, and any rating the visitor gave.

Visitor ratings

Visitors can mark an answer as a Good answer or a Bad answer. A bad rating asks what went wrong:

• Incorrect information
• Didn’t answer my question
• Too vague or unhelpful
• Inappropriate content
• Other

and lets them add details. Most bad answers point at a page whose wording could be clearer.

Export

Click Export all conversations, or filter first and click Export these conversations, to download every message as a CSV file that opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.

Delete

Tick conversations and click Delete selected, or open one and use Delete this conversation. Deleting can’t be undone. To delete old conversations automatically, set Keep conversations for.
