How much does GoChatterBot cost?
The Starter plan is free: 1 website, 100 replies/month. Growth costs $39.99 a month: 1 website, 3,000 replies/month. Pro costs $199.99 a month: 5 websites, 50,000 replies/month. Enterprise pricing starts at $499.99 a month and is quoted to fit your traffic. Prices are in US dollars, billed monthly through PayPal.
Which plan should I choose?
Starter is free for trying GoChatterBot on one site. Growth suits a single site with real traffic that needs more replies and the advanced analytics. Pro is for agencies and owners of several sites. If you need more than Pro, contact us about Enterprise.
How does billing work?
All paid plans are billed monthly through PayPal, starting the day you upgrade, and can be cancelled at any time. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, then your account moves to Starter. There is no free trial of paid plans, and partial months are not prorated.
Can I switch between Growth and Pro?
Yes. Moving from Growth to Pro: Pro starts and is billed the same day, and your Growth subscription is cancelled at that point; the unused part of the Growth month is not refunded. Moving from Pro to Growth: cancel Pro in your dashboard, keep Pro until the end of the paid month, then choose Growth.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
Your chatbot pauses until your monthly allowance resets, and visitors see a short "busy, please try again later" message in the meantime. You can upgrade at any time to lift the limit straight away.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is through PayPal: pay from your PayPal balance or with a debit or credit card through PayPal’s checkout. Enterprise customers may arrange custom payment terms.
